At Goldenrod, we have a division dedicated to Public-Private Partnerships (P3)

Early on, we recognized the growing need for P3s in real estate development as projects became increasingly complex and required innovative funding solutions alongside regulatory expertise. By specializing in forging collaborative ventures with governmental entities, we leverage resources, share risk and accelerate development timelines while delivering projects that create meaningful impact for communities. Our P3 division brings together the financial sophistication of the private sector with a commitment to public service and collaboration.

Goldenrod’s regional footprint reflects both our roots and our reach.

With offices in Omaha, Lincoln, Dallas, Fort Worth, Tulsa and Atlanta, and active projects across the central and southern United States, we bring local insight backed by national expertise.

Our growing presence in key markets allows us to identify opportunity early, build lasting relationships, and deliver projects that strengthen the communities we serve.
